I finally got around to sending a disposable camera to The Darkroom. Anny and I had purchased the camera on our way to Disneyland. After that day, it sat on my dresser until last week.

My Cousin Whitney’s Wedding!
Last weekend I flew back to Indiana to celebrate with my mother’s side of the family. The wedding was May 19, 2018.
I didn’t get as many shots as I would have liked. I was afraid of getting in the way of the professional photographer.
It had rained all morning. Thankfully it all dried up an hour before the ceremony.
Expired Disposable Cameras – pt.2
So these photos are from the Kodak Fun Saver 35. Some of this roll is from a trip to Vegas with my mom as a kid. We went a few times so roll was shot between 1999 and 2003.
This is from the pools at the Mandalay Bay.
I guess this is me at some restaurant in Vegas, shot by my mom.
And this last frame is just a shot at home. I just really like the glowing effect it has.
Expired Disposable Cameras – pt.1
While doing some spring-cleaning this summer I found a few disposable cameras. I guess the film had expired in them, around 2003. I knew you could still get them developed; they’ll just come out crazy looking. So I sent them down to The Darkroom.
I believe these first photos are from the legoland camera. I’m thinking my mom bought that camera at legoland, but I didn’t use it until back home.
Developed roll from 2014
I loaded my Nikon Fe with a roll of delta 400 back in 2014. I took a few shots with it at the beach. I guess I left it on, overnight by accident. Every time I went to take a photo. I remembered that the battery was dead. I kept forgetting about the camera and there it sat collecting dust for years.
I finally popped in some new batteries and finished the roll two weeks ago. I sent the roll over to The Darkroom last week.
Anny recommended I meter my shots at 320. I guess with color film it’s better to overexpose by a stop.
Unfortunately this roll didn’t come out too well. This one of missy is my favorite from the roll. I’ll post the other ones as well, but they’re too grainy and need some editing.

Anny bought us dessert the other night. I really wanted to hate this pie. I had never had it before.
(One of Anny’s favorite cakes has guava in it… yea I know “WHY?!”)
I figured Lemon Cream Pie had be gross as well. The pie was delicious. It’s sweet and tangy at the same time. Go try it.
